Hello,

I am cleaning my engine bay, taking out some things that my car dont uses...

My car stock was a 1.4i 16v with A/C, now is a 2.0i 16v without A/C...

I wanted to know what is the function of the black box with a big fuse and 4 relais... the red and black wire are cut since I made the swap, nothing have failed.

The box is that, the one near the brake pump.

Can I cut the wires and take it out? What is the meaning of this box and relais?

Thanks!

Have you looked in your owners manual?

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Just remove one relay at a time and see if you lose anything that you want to keep, I would not cut this unless you are sure you still have everthing you require, depends on model and spec what the relays control.
