I was young at the time so dont remember it specificly. But I always used to watch the races with my dad.


One question, what was all the sparks they used to get. specifically in the clip with him and mansel. Was it just that the cars were so low?

Ive just watched this and it was amazing.I also was Young very Young and cant remember it at all so it was Good to watch,And actually see how much of a true legend he really was,And also how the tragic moment happened!

No i watched it because i wanted to see how Good he was and why it was such a shock when he Died.
Admittenly (sp) I also wanted to know how it happen,But im sure 1000's of other people also do,But unfornately nobody knows!

It was also Good to watch how diffrent (F1) was then to now!Non of all these regulations and stupid rules.Just pure Hardcore Deadication racing by the looks of things.

i remember exactley where i was when the crash happend, what was going on that day and where i was when i was told, was 8 and still seemed shocking

Theres been a few good documentaries on BBC4 recently - jim clark, graham hill etc.
