Smooth bumper is for sale, have an irmscher airdam front to collect from the paintshop next weekend.

Can't be bothered with painting the wheels, they were brand new, so not going to paint them unless they get damaged.

Track abused cars or track look cars that have never seen a track. There's a difference.

No jibe at you.
I know, and I love yours as I've said before it LOOKS(please note people!) really tidy and nicely finished.

And my comments before my photos;
I'm 30 and been around a bit, I've seen so many cars over the last dozen years that have all the toys and look the part, but their owners are trailer queens or to worried about bending it after doing all that work to turn them into a track based car. Each too there own but what is the point of doing all that work and never realizing the cars full potential which it has been built too.

I really like that smcgsi16v

What cage is that? And what suspension are you using?

OMP 10 point cage.
Suspension wise- fully pulybushed, whiteline rear arb, apex shocks, 40mm drop front and the rear has 90mm springs but drop it about 70mm.

When the budget allows( when I'm not working on the house) I'll be upraged to shocks to something better, probably billies.

Do you find it handles well enough on that then? Love the cage so much.

Yes very well considering. The car it's self is rock solid and has got hardly any suspension movement. it handles quite well in the dry I think and cocks a wheel quite alot. It does feel to me to be a bit to stiff tho when it's on track in the wet but I'm use to the oversteer now.
Considering what has been spent on it, which isn't alot I don't think it's to bad, there is room
for improvement tho.
The main thing tho is the tyres(r888 or similar) it's amazing how much of a difference they make.

The tyres are something I considered.

But yeah I like the sound of that setup and it doesn't sound too costly either to be effective.

Cheers

I know people harp on about them but the whiteline rear arb is a must. That made so much difference, the rear end now follows the front round a corner but before it it used to just wallow feel like it was being dragged.
