I have 3 hid kits in my car, dimped beam, main beam and fogs so yer you can do it

what H.I.D kit would you need to put them in gsi fogs? h1 or.. etc?

i've just bought a set of 100k xenon bulbs off ebay for my fogs, i'll give a report when they arrive

Could always wire them into the main beam, use them as driving lamps, its rarely foggy anyway, and you can do without front fogs.

Why would you want really bright fogs;
A) Its never really foggy
B) Fog lights are dim and low to enable you to see the road directly infront of you. By making them brighter, will just cause the light to "reflect" off the fog, hence making your view of the road worse.
