Mr Primary Design manifold is ceramic coated by Zircotec I think.

I've heard someone on a forum saying it, just wanted to check and make sure it's a load of shite. Can see it limiting heat, but not eliminating it.

I used camcoat. Was ok, not a massive heat difference, did make a little difference but not all that.
