whats a bad shift and whats a good shift, and whats the tips for doing good shifts and what are you supposed to look out for?

launch - About 3.5k in your average petrol car to limit wheel spin. Dont bounch on the limiter - shift in your power band

beat me to the launch rpm, however i have actually wondered what my optimum power band is in my 1.4 sport
i.e, the very latest rpm to change up a gear

all depends what car it is really. i can tdo what suggested above in my corsa as it just dont work.
