The car has done 103k, and was last serivced 10k ago (only had the usual oil, plugs, filters etc) will probably have the same again next time anything else I should check?

Change the gearbox oil, probably has never been changed before.

Oil, air and pollen filters. Gearbox oil also if you want. Maybe a brake fluid change. Also full inspection including brakes, suspension tyres etc. Top up all levels and grease doorlocks and hinges. Tyre pressures. That covers most of it really.
