probably none, esp on a build that extensive. Its usually not declared to keep insurance and tax low, if i put a 2.0 in a 1.2 nova id be reluctant to declare it too and i dont cut corners...
Car is massively overpriced though.

Rot free Nova's are VERY rare these days, It looks like its been done to a high standard and no doubt someone will pay the asking price or close.

to get a good nova these days jambo, you have to pay a lot of money. half the genuine gm repair panels for them are no longer made and not available.
its not worth money to people that dont have a clue what it costs to rebuild a car etc. to people that do, its not that over priced.

Whilst i agree with you Nic, labour costs rarely factor into the cost of a cars value/resale.
The sum of parts is usually what attracts the £££
However its a Nova and they are rare so as i said, someone will probably pay it, but i wouldnt

Supersprint backbox for an m3 £1000
supersprint full exhaust system m3 £3k+
rust free nova that you can hardly find anymore and struggle to get replacement panels for these days just over £4k
thats either alot of car for 4k or a very overpriced exhaust system. interesting to see the comments in both threads though

What I don't get is why go to all the trouble of rebuilding it and getting it to that stage, Then only to sell it straight away

Because if you can do the work yourself and it was cheap in the 1st place,it makes sense.
