got a golf not long ago, its got heated recaro's

problem is the seats are only getting 4v so they dont heat up at all regardless if the switch is set to 5. it also only gets 4v regardless if the switch is at 1 or 5.

anyone any idea why the seats are only getting 4v and how i can fix it?
