What do ppl use when cleaning the car that replaces the sponge?

i know the sponge is supposed to cause most of the swirl marks on a car

Wash mitt or a zymol super sponge.

Its the grit from the car that causes the swirls. You need to use a wash mitt and a two bucket method to limit the damage you do when you wash it.

i've got a wash mitt come to think of it!

but don't really get on with wearing a soaking wet thing time its out of the bucket all the water has drained off the mitt on to the drive

anyone you any super soft brushes??
