HELP!

I know you have to adjust something when you've taken off the drum itself + wind it back with a flat head screwdriver? That right?

take the drum off and you will see a toothed wheel turn it and you will here it click, do that until the drum is binding nicely on both sides, and if the handbrake is still long then you can adjust it at the axle, using an 11m spanner and vicegrips, but use plenty of easing oil if your gona adjust it in there,
