Quick enough but not amazing. Very good alround package though and are cheap as chips atm.

They are totally different!

Friend has a normal 2.0 focus. Says the st170 is notably quicker, as well as slightly sharpe handling. look nice

Not that quick but good handling and a comfortable drive.

Get it done handling will be so much better then the corsa and if your sig is correct you have a 1.0 so it will be massivly quicker anyway

I was looking between a ST170 and a 172, at the time they were still going for £4-5k for a decent one with recaros etc. ended up with a 172 as could pick them up cheaper, would defo have an ST170 though, they are smart

Its already sold... For the people above saying there not quick, I've driven a few 182's and the focus was so much better to drive in every way.

Watch for rust, mine was a mess hen I got it. Huge amount of car for the money just now though.

EDIT: wait till you see what I've bought to replace it...

What he said.

i mate had one a while back with full leather recaros and it was a nice car, quick or nippy depending on what you used to, handled well and was well equiped. it reminded me of a CTR but milder in every way so its not as fast but abit less raw and easier as a day to day car.

overall wouldnt be my first choice as i would prefer something with abit more grunt(ctr, lcr etc) but if one came up at the right price i would as they are overall a good car and they are reasonably quick, just abit thirsty
