sent him £100 for some immaculate speedlines i know it sounds too good to be true but i suppose thats how they get people to send them money.after i sent the payment he said he wanted more money i said no just send money back and he doesnt reply

if it sounds to good to be tru it usually is.
And your a fool if you didnt get a location or landline number off him
When I sell I offer people my landline number and address, and they can call me to verify if they like.
It's a harsh lesson to learn but I fear you wont see your £100 again.
