I know few people on here have e36 BMWs...

what are the running costs on them? e36 320...

i know they are chain driven so no cambelt to change, but are they reliable and what things are common to fail?

fellow bmw owner here.lol

got a e36 I.S. coupe.to drive its nice,dont expect them to be fast,you ever seen a fat bird run?

but if your comfy sliding at speed there good.i take mine out with the drift works boys all the time and its only let me down once ,blew me box and diff at the same time.but that was through way of driving there good cars.go for it.

if i drive normally i get around 41mpg.

dunno about 320, my 318s cracking on for 300 miles per tank fuel wise and thats town driving - corking imo

was looking at 2.0 tbh heard electrics on them can fail epicly?

was actually in the garage getting mot done, when guy at garage told woman to part ex her car as it will be expensive job to fix electrics...

wrighty is ures a 318 I.S. or just the 318.if its the I.S. it will have the 320 init.

not to sure how big my tank is.around 40quid i think fills it up.never put a full tank init.lol

318IS is a 2 litre 4 cyclinder 16 valve, 320i is a 2 litre straight 6 there both excellent engines but the 320i sounds

yeah 97 318is, thought they were a 1.9? i duno, it works thats all i care about
