how much is it lowered, looks about 15mm

It's some Eibach springs. I wasn't really after the "lowered" look. Mainly to tighten the sus up so it can go round the corners without the door mirrors on the floor.

10 fold!

It's much better now. When you accelerate or brake it'll stay flat. I think the rear dampers are on the way out so i'll be buying some new ones in a week or so.

I understand the point of doing all this to the paint work. Other people just say "but it'll get dirty as soon as it hits the road".
