you could use the 4 coils but just join 1+4 and 2+3 together i have the wiring colours for the coil if you need it only thing im not too sure about is the crank sensor wiring

yes it will do theres no other way it can run it. the two joined together is called wasted spark as 2 plugs fire but only one has fuel/air mix in the cylinder so is wasted

your best of just running a zetec coil and leads instead of the vxr coil. much easier and you need to get at the leads so you can set ign timing with a gun. once mines set im going to put the vxr coil back on and run full sequential

not too sure really zetecs are the ones everyone uses on tb conversion for vauxhall engines though

cool, i may aswell just run one full stop then really. rather than going back the vxr coil, i take it they comply with the vaux CPS

ok, cheers for the advice mate cleared a few things up for me, ive been rattling my brain so much i just cant see simple solutions, i dint have chassis leg clearance the other day and after 3 days of stressing i was just about to have a custom mount cnc'd then i was reminded about the slotted gearbox mount holes, i need a break from work and the car lol

dont think mine will be running for pvs, but hopefully it will be in a presentable state so i'll trailor it, just havent got the time off work to do it, 7 days a week at the minute

need a starter / charging loom if any one has one. Im desperate needs be one off a car with electric speedo. Need that then i can get starter wired up and try get it running

RWD and 4x4 corsa has already been done, just not flaunted alot.

If you want a hand with getting it done before PVS i can provide labour eg lift things and order pizzas

nope standard clocks. not using any of the the vxr stuff really. all im using is the bare block. not using the vxr turbo or anything

rear axle is now off got my rear disc plates and strengthening kit to put on. also got my tires took off my wheels so i can get them painted black
