easy as, getting a fly wheel that bolts onto the small block thats drilled to take 2litre clutch, gear box bolts straight up to small block.

as easy as that.

i cant all my wirings gone loopy i might have to rip the dash out i think i have killed a wire somewhere. All worked fine till i put blue dash bulbs go and now its fucked even though iv took them all out. All it was doing was popping bulbs and fuses. Think its killed my window motors somehow

Hello matey!

You seem to be embarking on a similar a project to me! Interesting to read about anther person going for it!

Im doing the conversion in to My 2002 Corsa C, had a load of body work done before so (all subtle stuff), Full Irmscher kit, Resprayed in Arden blue, interior retrim ect.

Interestingly enough how are you getting on with the wiring? Biggest question simply because of how these things are wired up. I myself think Im going to go down the stand alone roat, OMEX 600 and work it of a base loom. Recone it will be worth the money for the sake of it?

What gear box will you be running with it? I also really like the look of your intercooler, do you mind if I ask where you got it from? I have the standard one that came with the Z16LER but Im looking for something thicker (about 80mm).

When do you hope your have yours running by? Im not going to make it for PVS this year I recone I have mine all one by September. I been set back for my rather enthusiastic breaking systems!

Tech Pro, I haven't heard of them myself. How are you going about the wiring issue itself?

Why go for the F20? was there a particular reason?

Yeah Interested, what is the size though. My current standard one is 600x140x60. Like I say I would be interested if its thinker then 60 (preferably by at least 20mm).

Fezza - Are you by chance an SSS member mate?

the wiring comes with the ecu all you need to do it connect it to the sensors on the engine. you bin all the wiring thats already on the engine. using the f20 as its just far easier to fit into the b as theres already mounts and shafts available rather than messng about with the vxr box. i dont have the time or money to make it fit.

I hear you my friend, I can completely understand your direction with that.

When are you hoping to have it done by?
