Anyone in the know????

I need to change my address but have lost my photo id but need my full licence to apply for a HGV licence

Wots the quickest way?

From wot I've read on the website it can take upto 3weeks?
Can I just go into the DVLA office to get it all sorted, I know it may be busy but I don't mind wasting a day there.

i rang them and got a replacement within 14 days iirc.. cant remember if it was both parts though

Edit: actually i think it was both parts as the date its valid from on the front wasnt when i got it
