fuck all,
You cannot get a "low insurance" but nippy powerful sporty looking car.

Its like asking for a Fit, young bird to suck your cock every day of the week because you own a modifed corsa and for them to have left school...

It just doesn't happen i'm afraid.

Fast cars come with price tags and insurance FACT.

Ford Fiesta MK6 Zetec S, diesel or petrol.

Sporty looking, nippy enough, relatively low insurance and tax

I'm assuming when he says cheap insurance he means less than group 13 mate.

tbh the Zetec S is going to be as cheap to run but still relatively standard and look sporty out the box as you can get. A 1.4 SRi Corsa has changed mirrors and alloys, that's about it. Where as the Zetec S has different body styling, seats etc

Facelift corsa C sri. The derv is probably slighty quicker, but nothing to shout about, just sits on the motrway nicer
