Is this any good? I always poliish then wax my car, at what stage would you use it?

Correct. Depends on your budget. It's ok used over the top of AG SRP, but it needs a few coats. I used mine up on wheels in the end lol. Now use Poorboys EX-P or Jetseal 109

Yea a sealent, would it be worth using after polish if you was going to use a quality wax over the sealent?

Entirely down to choice. I tend to offer sealant and wax on my full on details as it offers unbeatable levels of protection. Handy if the car isn't then going to be maintained quite so anally afterwards. If you're waxing it every week or 2 though, it isn't really such a necessary step.
I'd probably advise waxing it with Dodo Juice or something, then spraying a quick layer of spray sealant like Dodo Red Mist over it afterwards
