Hi, I have been looking around on the internet and I am getting mixed responses on Redex, this product is meant to clean your injectors or something down those lines and in affect increase fuel economy.
By the sounds of it Redex works better in diesel's rather than petrol engines. What is everyones views on Redex and is it worth it or not. It will likely to be used on my 1.0 corsa or my mums 2.3 Honda, Both petrols. Thanks.

It can't do any harm and costs little enough that it doesn't really matter.
I stick injector cleaner in all my cars every once in a while.

I had a Rover 214 SEi many years ago. After going through a few tanks it was working out to be getting 23mpg!!! Not good. So I thought i've not got anything to loose so I tried it.The next tank I got 28mpg and the one after was 30mpg.
So yes, i'd say it's worth it. Oh and don't buy a Rover 214 SEi

I think it does some good if it's not had any for a while, for a fiver it's better than spending it on sweeties imo.
