folk may be interested in the different results...

quite a few different plots to take in.

Plots dated from Jan 2008 are 1.2bar and 1.3bar on unmapped ECU

New plots vary from 1.1bar to 1.6bar (with boost tailing off to 1.4bar), and same with 20% E85.

There are some apparent problems.

The car is really struggling or getting strangled by something. Its making the boost, but not the power. The boost is also tailing off.

There are a few theories we need to try out, but for now... safe to say the car drives much better, is a lot faster... according to Fee. She says its bloody loud inside though! Twin external Bosch motorsport pumps in the back

430AWHP with the E85 will be handy for now.

1.6bar on Vpower (Blue) and E85 (Red)

E85 1.1bar (Blue) and E85 1.6bar (Red)

Vpower 1.1bar (Blue) and E85 1.1bar (Red)

Old Map 1.3bar (Blue) and New Map 1.6bar (Red) - both Vpower

Old Map 1.2bar (Blue) and New Map 1.1bar (Red) - both Vpower

4 plots, E85 1.1 bar (light blue), Vpower 1.1bar (red), Vpower 1.6bar (tan), E85 1.6bar (green)

combinations...

na... more intake side.

The filters are old, battered, filthy and unmatched... so will be like sucking through pin-holes.

The standard FMIC whilst supposedly good for 600hp is a bit old and tired... and again dented so thats on the list.

Try the simple things before moving on

The car 'should' be making around 600hp all be well :/

What Lambda/AFR value were using with the E85 mix?

Thats a notable difference for just a 20% mix!

i was expecting about 10% increase..

With a 20% with I assume AFR targets were not far of that of Vpower, as it'll still be mostly petrol.

would be nice to see what some bigger injectors and full E85 would do for it...

full leak test of the boost system wouldnt be a bad idea... probably a tiny hole somewere...

leaky DV's etc etc

injecors should be enough for 800bhp on V power... so decent head room For E85, but not 100%

i run nismo 740cc injectors and 100% E85... the injectors are on 75% duty and the car runs 340BHP

really have to pump the e85 in to get the power...

although the 6 cyclinder engine is a bit diiferent to my 4 banger

I use 330cc/min at 3 bar for petrol and then 4.5 bar for E85 on a n/a! Flexi-Fuel
