a lad i know is selling his valver but i think that £1000-£1300 is a bit highly priced due to it being the recession, age, mileage etc...
he doesnt belive me so im looking for your expert opinions on the price he should be looking at!

i have a mate who is interested in it, but my other mate isnt going lower than £1000 which i think is a bit high, and the lad who wants to buy it knows jack shi7 about cars.

You tried looking on autotrader or ebay etc for the same model , might show you a ruff idea of what its worth.

i still love them....
its got phase 1 fog lamps, williams seat belts and a stupid filter under the bonnet..... shame not completely standard!
as for the rattle they can until oil pressure builds depends what you mean by rattle..... probably only worth £1000 - £1100 and youd expect full history for that.
if your interest check gear leaver movement as this can be the rear engine mount, other thing is to accelerate in second and take foot off to see if it pops out of gear.

i bought a black 1.8 16V on L Plate with 79K FRSH Very Very Good conditon, not a single mark on it, engine ran smooth and didnt rattle or tap once, all for £1,200 4 years ago
