I got my 1st penalty points on Valentines night after 4.5yrs of driving.

Traffic car clocked me with his speed gun at 61mph in a 40mph zone.

Can we not have any flaming\name calling if someone pops up with a drink drive offence etc.

Had 9 until the 15 of Jan.

First 3 were for a dodgy tyre (they were the ones that just expired).
Then i got 6 for speeding. 87 in a 50 in a goods vehicle. (VW Caddy)
I thought it was a 60 because it was a normal B class road, but because of the weight of the Caddy, i was restricted to 50.

A section 59 is basically a warning for doing something that doesn't carry an offence code I think. Someone got one the other week for handbraking round a car park. But get 2 in I think it's 2 years and your car gets confiscated (possibly crushed but I'm not 100% on that bit)

I've got 3 points for a TS10, had em 3 years next month
