Don't know if this'll get an accurate answer but hopefully someone might have an idea.
1999 X plate Saab 9-3 Cabrio
Standard car, good condition, still runs but the bottom ends knocking badly Tax, MOT (not sure on dates)
What's a likely figure to get for it as it stands? Just trying to get an idea of the next step whether to fix or flog

There are various engine set ups within the 2.0t.
I doubt it would even fetch 1500 currently.
(there's also a 2.3 engine in the viggen but I knew it wasn't that)

Ah, don't know much about Saabs tbh. Upto now we've had a price for a full overhaul of between £1150 and £1750.
I've not looked for any engines yet so I'm not sure what they're going for.

Just had a quick look on Ebay and engines all seem to be under £500. I'll have to do some digging and find out which engine it is. It may be worth taking that route.
