Im rapidly getting bored of my Ibiza and want something different.

Needs;
to be faster than my 1.6 Ibiza (100bhp, 1ton, 0-60 10.5sec, 1/4mile 17sec)
around 2k
under ins group 10
fun to drive

106 and saxo's are out of the question due to insurance

Not sure on insurance group but a Corsa Sport 1.6 stripped out ?

Yeah, clean licence, but held for less than a year. I find I need to think out the box. I never knew they did a 1.6 in the Ibiza and after strolling upon one on Autotrader , I looked into them and bought one. Rare as rocking horse poo!

Still seems a little excessive.

I agree with whittie though. Wait till you're a little older, and save those extra few grand to get an even better car in a while.

Either that, or fit a small shot of nitrous and don't tell the insurance company

Try quinn, they were good for me when I was younger. Had a 106 rallye insured for 1k at 17 tpft.

aye quinn direct were the only people to give me a good price wen i was 17. 1300quid tpft

My girlfriend is 453 on a corsa 1.6 sport and she's not even passed yet

Goes up to 586 when she does

Quinn are 3k on my ibiza, vtr, 1.3 rallye, corsa C sri 1.8. It was 2700 for a 1.4 sri and wouldn't quote me on a mk4 ibiza 130diesel

They where rubbish for me to, try directline? Although its hard to get a very good insurance quote at your age as everyone knows.
