Hey just joined, sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Im terry 22 from Luton, Bedfordshire
I currently have 2 cars, my 1.2 Corsa B (the run around) and my 2.0 Escort (the show queen)
Anyway, i havnt really done much to the corsa, just some sxi alloys (got them for free  ), flip out tv, uprated speakers, bout it on the corsa lol
Im into car detailing, in the process of setting up my own little company called dream gleam, so if anyone wants there car properly machine polished and detailed before show season to get rid of the nasty swirls in your paint, let me know 
Anyway the cars, just a few quick pics

Blimey this site is quick loads of replies that quickly! i can post more pics of the escort up if you wanted, just go on photobucket search tez162003 on there and i have tons you can look at. the engine in the escort started out as A 1.6, piston ring eventually went after trying to kill it for ages!! so lumped in a 2.0 mondeo zetec engine, just refreshed it with all new gaskets and bolts, rs turbo clutch, ali crank pulley and few other bits but its hardly fast, i had a impreza for that (till recently when i sold it  )

jimmy 2.1, i remember your car, i heard you sold it not long after that show? must say i did prefer the white paint job you must know someone who does them cheap if you can keep changing it. i really want mine re doing otherwise i will sell it

the pics of my escort i posted up are actually from a photoshoot i had for a magazine in spain lol
been featured in fast car while back too, and 9-10 other mag pics or with couple of readers rides etc, so i got good exposure i must say, was good to get recognised for all my work.

Tomnova16 - You can by all means quote, just want a respray inc door shuts and boot (not engine bay) in orange (will be slightly lighter shade) i can supply the orange paint if needed. but the car has had its day tbh so only doing it as im a perfectionist and get sick of all the marks and stuff on it now lol so not wanting to spend ££££s
lil g- where about in luton you from? i currently live in silsoe (towards bedford) but alway in luton as all my mates are all there.

as for rick h as competition, i dont think like that, he looks like he's doing well with his company, congrats!
im just starting out in my company, mates ment to be doing my web site but taking a age and a day to do it!! lol i just do it mainly as hobby currently, done few good details recently, focus rs, 206, ibiza, etc
noticed rick h sells dodo juice! if you have the cash i cannot recommend supernatural and lime prime enough!

Cheers - yeh business is going ok - became a Dodo Authorised Detailer this year which is nothing but good news!
Make sure you get insurance when you get up and running as a businesss Yeh post on DW a fair amount but am not paying up to be a supporter of the site just so I can show my logo in photos etc You? Whats your username on there? Mines obvious

iirc mines just tez162003 on there, not been on for a while tho. defo get the insurance, otherwise your buggered if you go thru the paint etc
i met jim higginson from auto perfection back in november, got alot of good tips from him, i was on a max power photoshoot for the current detailing guide in this months max power magazine and he was doing the work on it lol, a detailer detailing a detailers car, how ironic lol
