Im thinking of changing my car sumtime this year to a Skoda Fabia 1.4 16v Comfort. Can pick a decent example up for about 2k. Then I will let the mods begin!!! Nothing too fancy, just make it look and sound a bit nicer. Anyone had any experiences with them? Owned by VAG, so its gotta be alrite!!

I'd buy something else unless it's a vrs.

Why? I admit it isnt as pretty as other cars, but it has a lot of mod cons that u wud pay a lot more for on other cars!!

Not the most desireable engine and that half grey/blue interior doesn't look the best, seats aren't very good either.

I wud be getting one from about 2002. The comfort model has extra mod cons, but i cant afford a VRs, so it will have to do!! Wud have to get a black one tho, looks the best!!

They look like quite heavy cars, probly slow in 1.4 form compared to a smaller car like a Punto etc? That said 1.4 will be slow....

The 1.4 is quite boring and dull to drive, compared to a Corsa C 1.4.
Car looks alright, but nothing too fancy. Shame it's a 5-door imo.
