im just looking for some opinions on the inlet manifolds really. Ive been thinking about getting one but ive been put off by reading all the different threads people have posted in the help zone about them.I dont get a great deal of time to work on my car so i could really do without it causing me anymore further problems. Should i get one or not or as i dont wana be messing about paper clip testing my car and wonderin why the eml is allways on.

would you get one such as a diblas one as they seem to cause less problems?

suppose if they are cheap there will always be niggles, but I suppose the Dbilas ones would be designed so these niggles would have been erased, both i can imagine would give the same or near power gains.

I bought mine off Flame, cost me £138 and I also replaced the gaskets (£10) so for just under £150 you will have a nice difference

My mate took between 4 and 5 hours to do mine and luckily I don't pay for any labour

Here's mine

Pulls much better at higher rpm and makes a different noise too

Lexmaul is probably the easiest one to fit, much less problems afterwards etc, just not so much of a power gain, but it does still make a huge difference.

Problem is the Lex maul one doesnt really make any difference to the inlet route, just looks pretty..

True, but it does get rid if the restrictive inlet manifold, unfortunatly leaves the huge ammount of black pipework behind the block, but it does make a difference. I highly reccomend the lexmaul inlet.

Just gotta look out for one going cheap, I got mine quite cheap, going rate seems to be £280-£300.
