Policy runs out tomorrow & id kind of forgotton to do anything about it.
Anyway got a quote through moneysupermarket.com for £236.70 through admiral. Pretty cheezed with that as it was 440-ish last year & my renewal had come in at £375.00 from direct line.
Dropped down to TPFT this year as my cars not worth much now.

Is TPFT actually cheaper?
On my last 2 cars and present one (all worth under £1k), Fully Comp is actually cheaper than TPFT?!

If it's only 50 quid it's not really a saving if you crash a 3k car.

Well statisticly my chances of crashing (at fault) is 1:10. As ive been on the roads for 10yrs & only stacked my car once!! Pretty good odds imo...worth a gamble
Tried to get a comp quote but most the systems are down (Admiral etc stops giving quotes at 22 0?) cheapest is £400.40 just now.
Im not bothered, quite happy with TPFT, if I crash then its probably for being a cock & I deserve to take the hit. Good way to look at it no?

Depends sometimes on TPFT and COMP. If getting quotes through a breaker, some of them may not want to cover you TPFT so when you then ask them for COMP they can be competitive.
Whats your compulsory excess?

Online quotes are down for tonight, i'll get one tomorrow. I would imagine it to be upwards of £300.

I always go TPFT ... there blatently is always a good saving.
Think I only pay about £290-£350 for the gti TPFT. Reckon it'd be at least 500 quid Fully comp

There isn't always blatantly a good saving.
As has already been said it's sometimes cheaper to go fully comp.
