what have you done to relocate the battery?

just placed it into the rear?

is it fixed and wired up?

not fixed down yet, located behind passenger seat, has good Earth, routed positive to a kill switch in the engine bay and routed all the positives to the other side of the kill switch.

hopefully all works ok

why have you cut away the bulkhead bit?

mate i been told that them switch's aint a proper kill switch as such, you take the corsa key out of the barrell, then take the red key out if you just take the red key out u'll kill the alternator because its still charging. thats what i got told im sure u'll need a proper F.I.A kill switch but just ask a racing specialist bud.

Oh just wanna say thanks for the pics of the bonnet raisers made them and fitted last week end looks cool

the kill switch is only there really to mount wires from the battery in the boot to the starting system off the car.
the alternator cannot charge the battery if its not connected to it.

plus the ecu main power feed is connected to it so the ecu will not run as it has no power to receive info from crank sensor ect

I think it looks gash cut out tbh but its your car mate and aslong as you like it

cheers mate just saving money for engine mounts at the mo, only apprentice tech for peugeot so dont earn much.

we need two more people for our lock up to make it cheaper have 4 so far if any one near here needs one?

nah not doing anything to it cant afford too, will do somethin at a later date.

right not got much relli done ina while as im waiting for payday so can get engine mounts haha,
went to some hub rolling road thing with the jap bummers fri to hava lookie down there, was a pretty good day, hopefulley going to take the corsa there when shes done see what its actually puttin out at the hubs!
here few pics of mates cars n couple others that were there anyway,
mate was quite plased with his lil 1.3 starlet making 165 bhp at the hubs.
just on a t3 turbo and standered managment,
other mate made 298 bhp at the flywheel in his lil 1.3 turbo lsat week, mad shit from little engines!!
tdi develoments lakeside! nice bunch of lads down there !

made a small bit of progress on ths corsa today some subtle body mods to the mirrors.
just made them smaller!
corsa b mini mirrors lol...


cut 4.5 cm's out from the middle



glued two edges together and held with tape untill glue dryed,
then strengthend and fibreglassed the two halves together to make a stumpy mirror!


im pretty happy with the results may not be to every1s taste but i fink its deffrrent
just need to trim the mirror down on the grinder at work and do the other side, will get them painted later on.
