Sell, and sit on the money for a bit and decide what you want rather than just rush into another car!!

Why do your parents want you to get rid of it?

You've had 5 Corsa's mate - you rush into buying a car more than I do is all I meant
Plenty of bargains to be had atm and £1500 is a good price for your car given the current financial climate

I dont like rushing, im fussy as fuck with cars, they have to be to my standards, which when you work in a bodyshop, and i can spot filler and imperfections a mile off, its got to look tidy. Only reason ive had 5 is cause i know where i am with them, if anything brakes/goes wrong etc, i know how to fix it all myself.

£1500 is a fantastic price. Take it and run. And tell your parents to get stuffed - if you aren't asking them for money each time you change etc, then I don't see why it bothers them.
