I sooooo wanted one but my budget coulld only allow me to get a mk2.
Look on www.vwcaddy.com for lots of inspiration.
Also look for the username Lowdownandbrown on Ed38. He had the ultimate Caddy in my eyes

The first car i ever went to look at was a mk1 caddy. Its was soo cool, but i was too big for it. I'm 6ft 2, and because theres a bulkhead right behind the drivers seat, I couldn't move it back far enough to get a suitable driving position. I was pretty gutted

Russboy on No Rice also built a pretty cool one - can't find any pics atm though as my internet is running uber slow atm
I detailed his S4 avant and there was talk of me doing the Caddy at some point which he bought for running his dogs about in

The bed on its fine just needs a new lick of paint.
He lives just round the corner from me,hes only selling to buy a c70 volvo.
All it needs imo,is a decent lump.
