Yes it would be a smart move to go to a Tigra OC, but there's nothing wrong with asking on here.

Plus, I'd imagine he knows there are Tigra owners' clubs so from that I'd imagine he's chosen not to go to the bother of signing up to a new site, introducing him as a new member and asking for pictures of 'nice tigras'. He'd either get fuck all interest or shot down in flames.
