spraying will never be cheap unless you ahve mates in the trade

thats about right for an ok job, spot on you'll be looking at £200+, you wont get much cheaper. i did one for mates rates and it was £50 recently but it was just a quickie.

Got told should be looking at about 50quid, £80 about right then? its only a rear bumper though, so its not the hardest thing to paint

rear bumper i wud say for a good job is £100+ anything less and youll be comprimising on quality!
modifying cars when you get to spraying new parts isnt a cheap hobby, not worth it at all if you dont have it done properly! you'll notice the results if u spend more
you dont pay amounts on cash on how hard it is to spray, its the prep work that takes time! the spray paint could be the best quality but with little time spent on preperation its pointless! its all about time!
