About three four months ago i got caught Speeding at 93MPH on a Motorway (70 mph limit) some of you may already know!?

Anyways i got a fixed penalty for 3 points and a £60 fine, paid the fine by cheque, which has been taken from the account, took my licence to the police station to be sent on to the DVLA I have only just recieved it back and the 3 points have not been put on

This happened to anyone else?

Will still be on the DVLA database. I would be very carfeull about not declaring them to insurance

The DVLA are a bunch of useless inbred fucktards. Took me 3 attempts of sending my logbook to them to get the engine size changed on my Corsa. There just not intrested unless it means them getting money off you.

Theyve taken the money so they can swivel if they write to me in the future
