Roughly £120 in most garages including labour and oil. That is for oil change and general check over etc. If you just want the oil change doing, it's obviously less.

I went to Nationwide Autocentres in Lincoln (high street) and for a service on my DTi including replacing all 4 glowplugs it came to £220, minus 25% clubcard discount or summat so about £190 all in, which I thought was reet for the plugs to be done as well

Be prepared for the extra cost of buying various sensors.

It may well just need a service but whenever mine was running funny it was down to a dodgy sensor. Can turn into a bit of a guessing game as to which one it is aswell.

Have you considered doing it yourself?

Will save on labour costs and you'll learn something.

also unless you got somewhere nice to work (in a garage / undercover / flat driveway) its a pain the arse doing it yourself. When I get my driveway I will be doing more maintenance work myself, always nice to learn something
