Went to scrap yard today

Got a punto wiper for the time being, 2 front wiper arms to paint as the old ones are rotten,

And I have a signum rubber splitter in the shed which I'll make fit at somepoint this week as it looks daft without a spltter

Tomorrow's plans are getting the tracking done and sort the exhaust blow.

But so far pretty happy with it

And Should have and up-date on the Astra this week

Wasn't happy with some bits on it, so they are sorting it out for this afternoon

I was trawling about looking for corsa parts when I came across something big

Hopefully on tuesday/wednesday I'll have a massive update on whats happening with the corsa....only time will tell

Massive update went tits up when someone was an arse.

I'll say no more.

Got Speedlines and fitted new tyres and fitted them, no pics cos I'm a lazy bastard,

Also fitted a 4-branch manifold to the 1600 for now.

and ordered a few new parts.

I have a vision in my head how I want this to turn out. but Im staying tight lipped at the moment

Had the Corsa a couple of weeks now, but not really done anything about de-chavving it,

Pulled my finger out this weekend and got it sorted out,

This was it before....

Not feeling the wheels, wrong offset, and one tyre had a flat spot

Didnt like how it sat either, seemed to sit too high at the back and was a complete nightmare on roundabouts.

Oh and the rubber splitter was missing boo

So now...

Stil got to remove focus repeaters, but some numpty cut the plugs off

Downpipe was blowing quite badly so decided to rectify it by fitting a 4-branch

To compliment the cat back s/s sytem it has on it already.

Gonna be busy with it the next few weeks.

Someone has painted the rear beam and front hubs/anti roll bar etc etc white, and it now looks horrid so the black hammerite is coming out.

Also picked up some gsi skirts for it, Just need to find a bumper now and it can go to the bodyshop

Cheers Rickie

Got everything I need for the moment,

Going to pick up a gsi bumper on thursday, maybe fit bumper and skirts on Sunday if I have enough time, we'll see.

Can anyone recommend me some decent shortened shockers for the rear?

Got A smoothed gsi front bumper at the weekend but it looks like it's been painted by a retard.

So skirts, speedlines, bumper and morrettes are off for a fresh coating of white paint soon,

then the car will be off for some fresh paint,

Not many updates coming as The Astra is nearly ready for the road again

Corsa looks smart after a few changes I like.

Bit low at the back IMO but still looks mint
