One of my neighbours has aparantly phoned crimewatch telling them they believe there are lots of stolen cars coming and going from my house
To be fair i can see why they think that as there are always cars coming for a few days/weeks then disappearing again. Also occasionally have a few cars that get stripped in the driveway
What confuses me more however is the CID aparantly checked all the cars and the checks came back fine. However 2 of the cars had no reg plates on them so unsure as to how they checked anything as the vin plates are under the bonnets? I found it funny.

I HATE people like that, that have nothing better in life than to complain about someone having a few cars on the drive, and stripping cars etc.
My neighbours are ok tbh, only 12 houses on my street, and the majority are old people.
Theres me thats into cars, a neighbour directly opposite with an 04 plate Scoob and a Katerham (sp?) and a guy a few doors down that messes with landrovers/jeeps etc, everyone else is a boring twat
Funniest ive had, is a woman on the next street used to come round to mine all the time and say i was driving too fast past her house etc, always complaining at my mum, sayin "hes not going to have his liscence two minute driving like that"
Ive now been driving three years, and found out about a month ago her son was banned for drink driving

My neigbour took pictures and phoned the council when I had my XE on axle stands for a week while I was changing the engine
Its not a council area either, not sure what she was trying to accomplish really

I've got an old lady accross the road from me who blatently opens the curtains and stares out the window.
It's quite reassuring to know if something happened she'd had probably seen it!

A mate of mine has similar neighbours, he lives on a cul-de-sac, and they have written to the council complaining about the noise of the cars they've had.
His mum/dad had a standard evo
he had a 300hp+ scooby, they thought that was bad then he sold that to get a TVR T350

it was so loud it even annoyed me my dad used to move it in the morning if i was blocking him in, i would wake up and be like "fucking wankers with loud exhausts, somebody should do something about that"

Lady over road from me is the same, stands in the window with her hands on he hips staring around, i have actually seen her at one point with binoculars (i shit you not) looking into the house next door to me!!!!
Sometimes she comes in handy, like when there were two guys stood on my lawn looking at my dads car about to break into it, and she opened her window and they ran off, but this was about 3-4am, what the fuck was she doing looking out of the window at that time

i don't know how much magnex systems are worth either way it stayed for 2 years
the guy that offered to buy my exhaust is my dad's mate BTW, i get the feeling it was 80% serious 20% pisstaking, he's alright actually, he was looking out for me when me and my family were out all day at a wedding and some "gypo's" were looking around my car on the driveway, turned out it was more of my dad's mates
