Well i thought i would start a post with the new Works Van project.
I have all the parts already BUT no pictures forgot to take my camera.
Anyway heres the list of how its going to do

- '03 Corsa C Combo Van in white total standard looking
- C20LET engine already with Evo5 setup so should be 280'ish bhp
- F23 Z20LET gearbox
- Wizard of NOS kit (Single Injecotor set)
- MSD Progressive Controller for the NOS
- AP 4 Pot Brakes off a VX220

Should be fun

Will get pics ASAP off all the bits, I have 2 Customer cars to finish then i am i take a week off to get this finished so looking at second week in feb to be running her

Heres alittle update.
Some photos so you get the idea.

Here the Van of Love

She is going to be good fun

(bonnet is open before people as why its up alittle)

Here the Engine which will be going in, not the nicest now infact its abit of a mess but she runs well an has made good power on the dyno with the Evo5 setup. ARP's rods bolts, 9.1 EDS intercooler setup, SAAB red Injectors etc go's ok now an not even setup to the max the software will allow, think she is on 12psi atm. Going to make all new 2.5" boost pipes aswell as tophat and a full 2.5" stainless exhaust system when it get fitted.

No more photos not been able to get in the garage at the back off my house as my Mk2 Cav 130SRi is in the way (an i can not be arse to move it), thats where my F23 gearbox is aswell as my Wizard of Nos kit which i have had sat around for about 2 years and never used

The VX220 turbo get dropped of later this week for braking (CAT B) once i have stripped that i will get pics of the brakes up, it also has AP 2 pot rears on BUT i do not know weather i can be arse to make them fit the van

Anyway all the bits are there, just need time to put them all together.....

Whats going on with the styling of the Van, or keeping it simple?

Guy at work has one re-painted in the Zetec-S fiesta blue colour, everything colour coded, and a set of M3 mirrors custom made on the base plates.

Just standard mate i think. maybe a set of wheels and lower it (as have some lowering springs kicking about

)
IF anything maybe facelift front end and colour coded.
Who knows see what happens

I know the Vans and i have driven the white one out of the to when geoff sold it to dave but the uprated software had been removed.

Sorced some wheels i like, paid for them and sorted out collection.
They are the BBS style wheels which came on the Calibra DTM's BUT with a twist. All calibra BBS wheels where 16's AS far as i am told Courtney bought the rights and did a limit run of 17's aswell as doing a limit run of Speedline in 17's.
I have bought a set in 17"

Going to paint them in Volvo Titanium Gray, should be nice
