looks good, nice bikes, I found the B1 & 2 alittle bit stiff for the roads around here - theres an Ex-MotoGP Kwack mechanic in Glasgow now who does alot of suspension work if your looking for an expert.

ps. Double bubble screen unless your a short arse!

That's on R6's, not these..

I didn't know you bought this Kano? Sorry I haven't got around to measuring the shock, mine is tucked up still. I started getting it ready for an MOT but then the snow struck and haven't touched it since.

Have you full throttled it yet?

I agree Daimo, I think longer cans look better on these bikes. Plus it's an Akropovic, that's almost criminal

Mobby I'm not sure tbh, I've certainly never heard of one going on these, it's just a well known fault on R6's as opposed to B1H's

Never heard of a gearbox issue with these.. Graham, I've never actually ridden it yet.. lol. I bought it and my mate ran it home for me on his insurance because I was working.

VXR it wont see a track this year, not got that sort of confidence yet, will maybe do a couple next year.

A for cutting the exhaust Ithink it actually suits being long, it had an iridium double bubble on it but it looked crap so i'll be getting a light smoked one in a while.

Kano, a track day will vastly improve your confidence on the bike, it'll also vastly improve your skills. Just one session can do wonders.

Rememeber, you don't need to be going flat out to enjoy it?

Nice n relaxed, enjoy the ride, work on body positioning, braking, gears etc.

I do understand your caution, its the sole reason I won't buy the bike I really want, in case I binned it at a track day (hence cheapo CBR600).

Good little bikes those 636's though.

It'll put the biggest smile on your face when you open that throttle

It'll also make you wonder what the point of having a litre bike is when you're doing 170 within half a minute or whatever it is

Looks ace mate. I'm about to go sign up for a new ZX6R, just gotta decide on colour (green or Blue). As said, DB screen in light smoke and its finished.

Also to the above, i've currently got an R6 (perfect cheap track toy Mr.VXR) but never had issues with 2ns gear. And, what bike forum, if any do you guys use??
