I will probably buy an E92 M3 BUT what else would you be tempted to buy? Needs to look good, have 4 seats, quickish and be no older than a 12-18 months. Had a look at an RS4 and not really that impressed with it so that's out the window.

Nonono honestly, I'm not keen on the E92 M3.

Stuck on what to suggest...

I sort of like the M5, but just think it looks like a big barge from the side (which it is) I guess.

I thought they were more expensive than £35k!

Brother has just bought another one, he loves it.

Prefers it to the rs4.

Hasn't Nik got a furniture business of some description?

Anyway, I would suggest buying 7 Vauxhall Corsas, then you can drive a different one every day of the week.

Why have one car when you can have 7?

Nik sits on a sofa.

If you're happy with the M3 get another one. Only other suggestion is an RS4 which you don't like.

What about something completely different?

If you didn't need 4 seats and the age issue (), for me i'd be looking for a ferrari 360, can pick them up for around that price.

Seems like your pretty set on the BMW anyway. It seems the best option as it will still be fairly new, warranty etc.
