You can get a Metro VVC for about £2000 for a brilliant conversion. That'll be quicker than any of the others in the list, with plenty of cash for a runaround

im a random kinda guy...they are what seem to be in my head and all cost under £4k so a good start...the are loads of lads around here with 1.8 vvc mettys and they are 172/182's are dropping in price now so would be a good buy...but still french. Corsa 1.6 as my old one never let me down and have b10 and softstars to go on, badgeless grille and woteva else is in my rents garage lol...tidy and cheap runaround 1.8 SRi cus i seen the blue one on here for sale

Although been on topic I would go for the clio sport.
Same speed as a red top corsa and better at all of the other things too
