just got home to find my silver esi gone (the one i robbed bits off) unsure who took it tbh.... i contacted 2 different companies both who said they'd ring me to arrange collection. the car had no plates on and was covered up so who's to say it was the right car? anyhow how do i notify it being scrapped? i thought they would need part of the v5 or something

report it stolen

u need to fill in the bit on the V% thats its scrapped or sold to breakers..

the scrapped bit says only tick if you personally break the vehicle though... now i broke it for parts but never personally scrapped it

report it as stolen if you dont know who took it

but might be wroth ringing the dvla and asking just to be sure.

I'd ring the two companies and find out if they took it, if they both dont know report it stolen
