just for future referance, is there any point in spending money on a 1.4 engine or is it just worth paying an extra 400pound for insurance and getting a 1.6 corsa?

whats the cost ruffly for the TB's? and would it be considerbly quicker that a 1.6? and does it just drink fuel?
