I'd look at positioning them somewhere near the front/behind the front seat if you're not worried about rear passengers; they won't sound particularly great being all the way in the back of the van.

Alternatively look at door pods for the T4, i'm sure someone makes them, and fit some bigger coaxials/components in the front - it's a lot of work and faffage but it would give you decent sound up front.

You can get door pockets for the passenger side but because I have a double seat they allegedly don't fit

carpeted the top bits of metal. the bit where the sliding door roller comes inwards into the van was easier than i thought it was going to be.

just the side panels to go now

quite happy with my efforts so far actually.

did the rear light covers so they didn't look feel sad and left out.

speaker wire is ran, just need to borrow a jigsaw to cut the spacers for the speakers, then glue those to the panels, then i can carpet and re-fit.

oh, also going to re-trim the roof lining as its a different colour and i think it would look better it if all matched. thats a job for next week though.

thanks for looking.

if anyone is wondering why the carpet hangs isn't trimmed neatly, its because it gets covered by panels so none of it will be seen anyway. i have since cut the excess off with scissors, no pics, as tbh nobody actually cares about any of this thread anymore apart from me.

Nice job ! Where did you get the carpet from?

My wheel arch boxes are getting worn from me dragging carpets out so I need to change them at some point

That stuff there comes with 4 cans of glue. Very easy to manipulate which is good.

Once the roof is re trimmed, what lights are you going to put in? Ie LEDs in the roof or something else?

It already has 2 lights in the roof lining, like standard ones I guess which I put led bulbs into. I have been looking at some alternatives but undecided.

4 of them would be alright. But I can't see how they fix to anything.

Thinking of getting some of them instead of mounting the speakers in the panels. Means they could be removed if space needed etc. Can put them in the rear corners on the floor.
