Read that first line and thought "hmmm sounds good but the biggest question is... when is it out as PS3 owners have been waiting for ages for this game"

Top gear is old news, they keep changing the release date though.
The game will have damage, should be added to prologue before then though.

Should this news really be a suprise to us? Anyone that thought it would be out in 2 months time is clearly a little clueless. It's been clear for months it was going to be delayed for even longer.
They haven't even done the box artwork/logo yet. There's not a single article about it's release either when you search on the net. Have to agree though - Poor show by Sony!

at one point they said 2010 and that date could still be true, there was an interview with KY and he said he wants it out xmas 2009 but 'may' be delayed.
damage should be out and availible with GT5P

Have they actually confirmed damage as a download for GT5P? how is that even possible? it would involve completely altering every car model as well as the physics model. it's about as plausible as having a patch for Forza 2 with in-car views for every car.

Anyone else think the game will be a huge flop?
I didn't even think GT:5P was all that good - won't even bother buying GT5 when (if) it eventually comes out.
Besides, they'll have spent hundreds of thousands developing it - it'll never re-coup its costs unless they start selling it for £60 a copy....
