In chichester they have had an ST in silver aswell also a big new BMW - dont know the model but big and brand new is one way to describe it
I know a copper and we can think of 34 unmarked cars that circulate between police forces in the south. You will never be able to keep ontop of them tho as they change them all the time.
The BMW passed a junction and looked at me, i pulled out (going the same way as them) they pulled into a layby and as i passed them they pulled out and followed me. As if the bright yellow jackets didnt give them away enough

Forces tend not to share vehicles, they use their own budget to have them built and most forces have communication skills that barely rival 3 year olds.

90% of the time, the vehicles are kept within the county until its sold/written off.

Ok maybe i used the wrong words but they are used in sussex and in hampshire and a few other counties as i have seen one used in chichester for a few months then have seen it in hampshire being used. So they must spend a few months in different places. Or do they just store them in a warehouse somewhere and pic one for the month

No, the company i work for fitted out all hampshire undercover vehicles. The cars might go from segensworth to southampton, andover, winchester etc However They wont lend to another force i.e. Dorset, Thames Valley etc. They are very protective of their vehicles !

Well just come back from Basingstoke and had a "watch the f**k is that flying up behind me" moment..... that be a golf Gti (new shape) in silver under cover car. I wouldnt even look twice at one of these being used but the blue flashers in the grill gave it away. I know the main dual road is always patrolled by them so always stick dead to 68mph
