ET37 15x7s with 195/45 used to rub, but that was 60mm down. a 165/50 tyre sorted that right out and managed it on 80mm.

i'm now running ET13 15x8s so as antoni said, anything is possible.

lol just too clear up . . they wont fit with the 195 45's on so either stretch some tyures a bit more or could i clear the inside of the arch out an bond the arch on instead of bolts?

It's can't be a bad idea to get rid of that plastic bolt or whatever it is if you're lowering

I had et38 on my corsa lowered 40mm, only the backs rubbed on the plastic arches for a few weeks till the plastic rubbed away, fronts where fine, they were 15s with 50 profile tyres on though, get some lower profile tyres you should be ok

antoni i love you!!!! your so right, corsas come with et49 yes but not all aftermarket rims fitted to a corsa HAVE to be et49, being boring and limiting your wheel choice too! gettin teh wrong offset can make rims look better

Shouldn't have used baloon tyres then

Shit loads of things come into play when we talk about rubbing etc, we have the bad kind of rubbing eg on coilover then we have the good kind, call it a rubber to plastic kiss

wether you're car is stripped out, has a boot full of boom stuff like that ...
