I saw an identical one yesterday. could have just been a black one with stickers and black wheels though

No the ST500 is just an ST with black wheels mate, however this actual one has been fettled with.
They painted the wheels black and called it a limited edition basically.
Its the motune one the ST185 iirc that has the motune tuning options
